HEALTH & TEMPERANCE

Every one can do something to improve their health.  Below are some simple things you can do.

  1.  Take a walk everyday.

2.  Get some sunshine.

3.  Drink more water.

4.  Be temperate in ALL things.

5.  Maintain a well balanced diet (plant based is the best if possible)

6. Keep in touch with the Master Physician.  Spend  time with Jesus.

      * Pray (Morning, Noon, & Night).

       *Study God's Word.

      * Share God's Word.

      * Live God's Word.  (Be Obedient)

       *Genuinely care for others.
